Andrew Pazandak, M.D.

Dr. Andrew Pazandak, MD, is a highly skilled, board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in advanced cataract and refractive surgery. With a passion for improving patients’ quality of life and providing clear vision, Dr. Pazandak combines state-of-the-art technology with a patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional care. His expertise includes customized cataract surgery, advanced-technology intraocular lens implantation, and laser vision correction, all tailored to his patients’ needs.

A Dallas native, Dr. Pazandak started his education at St. Mark’s School of Texas. He completed his medical training at the University of Texas Health San Antonio Long School of Medicine where he was selected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He trained in ophthalmology at the LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans where he was selected as Chief Resident. He then completed his training with a fellowship in glaucoma surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

As a second-generation ophthalmologist in the Dallas area, Dr. Pazandak is excited to continue the family legacy of serving the DFW community. When he is not caring for his patients, Dr. Pazandak can usually be found spending time with his wife and children and exploring his passion for cooking.
